Project QUUG 23-1014, RPR Potable Water Line System, Moron Air Base, Spain. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 U.S. Dollars. In addition, in accordance with the Agreement of Defense Cooperation between the U.S.A. and the Kingdom of Spain, Annex 6, Article 1 (3) The contractors must meet the requirements established by Spanish legislation for execution of government works. A breach of contract on the part of a contractor shall have the same consequences for the contractor for purposes of future contracting with the Spanish government as would occur with a breach of a contract with the Spanish public administration. and (5) " Spanish material, labor, and equipment shall be used whenever feasible and consistent with the requirements".
