The Contractor must provide all, labor, material, equipment, and transportation required to replace a condenser pump circulating condenser water from the cooling towers supporting building 268 of Columbus AFB, MS. Perform all work according to the Statement of Work (SOW), the Project Image Document, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references. Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit on, 9 July 2025 at 1:00 PM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Please note that registration is required by 9:00 PM CST on 7 July 2025. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe drop-off link to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact the POC by 9:00 AM CST on 7 July 2025, you will not be able to attend the site visit. Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo ID. Post: 2: This post is post the answer to the RFI question 6. 6. The expected approximate lead time for the new pump is 27 weeks (after submittal approval). Please confirm the NTP will not be issued by the Government until after the pump is delivered to the Contractor and onsite. Once we receive the manufacture delay letter, a suspension of work would be issued.
