The 136th Airlift Wing requires the replacement of an Altitude Valve at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth, Texas. The contractor shall furnish all labor, parts, tools, plant, equipment, appliances, transportation, and materials necessary to replace and install the new Altitude Valve. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. Request for Information shall be submitted by 2:00PM CT on 15 August 2025 to the following email address: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil Project specifics may be found in the attached solicitation and statement of work. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204: Project Magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. Site Visit Information: (a) Site Visit Date: 12 August 2025 (b) Site Visit Time: 10:00 AM (Local) (c) Site Visit Location: 100 Hensley Field Ave, NAS/JRB, Texas (Zip Code - 76127) (d) Instructions for Attendees: The Government will hold a site visit for the subject solicitation as noted above. To obtain installation access and the specific location for the site visit, interested parties must submit a request for attendance (not later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled site visit) to: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil and david.shamburger.5@us.af.mil The request for attendance must include the name (as it appears on government-issued identification) and company name of each attendee. Information provided at the site visit, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Any changes needed to the solicitation will occur via amendment to this solicitation.
