PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION The Contractor upon being awarded the contract shall provide services as described herein to meet the mission requirements of the U.S. Embassy - Chisinau. Accordingly, the US Embassy Chisinau plans the issuance of the following solicitation (RFQ): 1. RFQ Title: Repaving of damaged asphalt pavement at various areas of the compound interior parking area for US Embassy Chisinau. 2. RFQ issuance date: mid- Aug 2025. 3. RFQ issuance method: The solicitation will be posted on the website of the U.S. Embassy Chisinau: https://md.usembassy.gov/embassy/chisinau/contract-opportunities/ The awardee will be required to speak, write and correspond in English language. 4. RFQ response date: by late-August 2025. 5. Award date: estimated mid- September 2025 6. Award procedures: In accordance with FAR 15.3 Source Selection. 7. Place of performance: Chisinau, Moldova. 8. TEXT: The Embassy of the United States of America in Chisinau is soliciting quotations for repaving of damaged asphalt pavement at various areas of the compound interior parking area for US Embassy Chisinau Republic of Moldova . Proposals are due on or before 17:00 Chisinau time on September 5th , 2025. Proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be considered. Please see the Attached Solicitation and SF-1442 (pdf) for additional details and proposal submittal instructions. The Embassy has established a site visit on August 26th , 2025, at 11:00 hours (local time), at 103 Alexei Mateevici str, MD-2009 Chisinau. Offerors should send the names of participants to Mr. Serghei Josu by e-mail at JosuSI@state.gov to make appropriate arrangements no later than 17:00 hours on August 25th , 2025.
