Single Project RFP Set-Aside for Small Businesses Replace Bldg #22 Roof NAICS Code: 238160 Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings The WY National Guard intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Construction of Bldg #22 Roof, (The roof needs repaired. Drawings depicting the original design sections for the roofs are attached to this solicitation and can be used as a general overview of the existing roof structure. The work entails installing SPF over approximately 90% of the roof, 10% full-depth SPF repair (see details in drawings). Replace all flashing and cap throughout the roof system. The contractor shall protect all existing roof-top components such as, but not limited to, HVAC units, antennas, and appurtenances. All gutters and downspouts are to be replaced and painted to match existing building.
