The United States Property and Fiscal Officer (USPFO) for New Hampshire intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for non-personal services. The work includes providing all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the demolition and replacement of the existing ground fuels storage tanks at Pease Air National Guard Base, NH. Additionally, the project requires the demolition of existing pavement, installation of new ground fuels storage and dispensing equipment, and the addition of signage and roadway markings to meet Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) compliance standards. The contract duration will be 270 calendar days after the notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204(f). A pre-bid conference is tentatively planned for on or about 5 June 2026, with the specific time and location to be provided in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference.
