AI-generated · Jan 09, 2026

Repair Fuel Hangar Building 3002 for the DC Air National Guard at Joint Base Andrews involves bringing the facility up to current standards, creating a roughly 1,000-square-foot transition area to support fuel cell technicians with decontamination, showers, and restrooms, and replacing the existing AFFF fire suppression system. The project is estimated to be between $5 million and $10 million and is being pursued as planning-purpose sources sought to gauge potential prime contractors, including small businesses.

This is a planning exercise to identify capable sources for a possible prime contract. If adequate small-business competition is not available, the project may be advertised unrestricted. Submit via email to the designated contact with a subject line that includes the solicitation number; facsimile responses will not be honored.
