Repair Fabric Doors B610 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Construction, Installation, and Maintenance Performance Requirements The result of this contract shall be a complete and usable refurbished Assa Abloy Mega door system that meets the specific requirements on Building 610 Maintenance Hanagr accordance with Assa Ably standards. Bid Option #1, Bid Option#2, and Bid Option#3 is based off the availability of funds. The contractor shall perform demolition/removal and installation new Assa Abloy Mega Door certified parts appropriate to the model fabric door currently installed and provide factory maintenance on the remain Mega Door parts and systems consistent with the manufacturer s O&M Manual and recommendations. Performance shall achieve an acceptable quality level of ninety-eight (98) percent. Work to include but is not limited to: - Replace Brake Assembles and Lifting Belts with certified manufacturer parts. - Replace all Guide Blocks with certified manufacturer parts. Invitation for Bids (IFB) Set-Aside for Small Businesses NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The New York Air National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to repair Repair Aircraft Hangar Fabric Door on Bldg 610. Contractor shall achieve complete and fully functional aircraft shelter door system in accordance with Assa Aboly s Mega Door standards and DoD Standards. All work shall be performed by an Assa Abloy Certified MegaDoor technician. The contractor shall perform factory maintenance on the B610 fabric door system. This includes but is not limited to installation of OEM certified new parts, adjustments on non-consumable parts, repair of guide rails, motor and gear box maintenance, and adjustments to the control limit and hoist system. The contract shall install a new mullion safety chain for each mullion system. There is one bid option: -Bid Option #1.
