MDC Guaynabo is a Metropolitan Detention Center located at 652 Carretera 28, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico 00965-5700. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, installation expertise, and labor for the removal of existing doors and supply and install new exterior doors and frames at MDC Guaynabo including specific hardware, as specified in the statement of work and drawings. The performance period for the project will be 365 Calendar Days from issuance of the notice to proceed. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238390 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 million. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $250,000 and $500,000.
