Summary

AI-generated · Aug 07, 2026

Repair and modernization of Building 09690 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord requires non-personal construction services to completely repair the HVAC system and upgrade the Direct Digital Controls. Demolish the existing rooftop units and associated ductwork, install new high-efficiency rooftop units and energy recovery ventilators, install new ductwork, registers, and grilles, and deploy a BACnet-compliant Direct Digital Control system with chiller capability that fully integrates with the base’s Tridium Niagara N4 Supervisor. The project must be phased so the facility remains occupied and operational throughout the performance period.

A forthcoming RFP will award a single firm-fixed-price contract, limited to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, with proposals evaluated on a highest technically rated, fair and reasonable price basis.
