Inouye U.S. Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center (PBARC), located at 64 Nowelo St. in Hilo Hawaii, requires the turnkey repair and replacement of the two compressors that operate a 150-Ton Daikin Chiller to include all parts, labor, refrigerant, installation and programming to get the chiller repaired and fully operational..
