PROPOSED SOLICITATION NUMBER: 19AJ2025Q0016 PROCUREMENT TYPE: Pre-Solicitation TITLE: Repair all balconies of the U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan (Chancery). DESCRIPTION: The American Embassy Baku hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Repair all balconies of the U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan (Chancery). The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a single Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for the project. The Contractor is solely responsible for providing construction services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract. The Contractor shall complete the project in accordance with the technical requirements which will be provided with the solicitation. A site visit will be held at the site in September 2025. The exact date will be announced later. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Procurement Agent Anar Rzayev at e-mail address RzayevA@state.gov no later than August 15, 2025 using the solicitation number 19AJ2025Q0016 in the subject line. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due on or before September 12, 2025, 18:00 Baku time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. The site visit has been scheduled for September 3, 2025, at 11:00 am. Participants will meet at U.S. Embassy Baku, 111 Azadliq avenue.
