The U.S Embassy Baku intends to issue a single Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for the project. The Contractor is solely responsible for providing construction services necessary to meet the requirements of this contract. The Contractor shall complete the project in accordance with the technical requirements which will be provided with the solicitation. A site visit will be held at the site in September 2025. The exact date will be announced later. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Procurement Agent Anar Rzayev at e-mail address RzayevA@state.gov no later than August 15, 2025 using the solicitation number 19AJ2025Q0016 in the subject line. Please do not telephone. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the Name of Firm, Name, Telephone and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of the company. Dear Prospective Offeror: Subject: Request for Quotes 19AJ2025Q0016 Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Repair all balconies at the U.S. Embassy Baku, Azerbaijan. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotations are due on or before September 12, 2025, 18:00 Baku time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotations will not be accepted. The site visit has been scheduled for September 3, 2025, at 11:00 am. Participants will meet at U.S. Embassy Baku, 111 Azadliq avenue. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Procurement Agent Anar Rzayev at email rzayeva@state.gov by September 2, 2025, 15:00 for additional information or to arrange entry to the building. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to BAKUBIDBOX@STATE.GOV. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; in MS-Word 2007/2010 or MS-Excel 2007/2010 or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed 30MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 30MB each.
