FA487725QFT10 Rental Vehicles Guam 1. QUOTE SUBMISSION: Quotes must be submitted no later than Monday, 29 September 2025 at 4:00 PM Guam Local Time. Submitted quotes must be valid for at least 30 days from quote due date. 2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: This is a Firm-Fixed-Price requirement with FOB Destination for the following items: CLIN 0001 5-passenger Sedan x 20 each CLIN 0002 15-passenger Van x 18 each CLIN 0003 6-passenger Truck x 14 each CLIN 0004 7-passenger Van x 5 each Period of performance: 5 October 2025 23 December 2025 (80 days) See the Performance Work Statement for full details. 3. BASIS FOR AWARD: Order award will be issued to the vendor who provides the best value to the Government. 4. BEST VALUE DETERMINATION: The lowest priced, technically acceptable offer will be deemed as the best value to the Government. Technical acceptability will be determined by an evaluation of the quoted requirements that meet the technical criteria that are contained in the solicited item description. If the lowest priced submission does not meet the technical criteria described in the solicited item description, the Government reserves the right to evaluate the next lowest priced submission until it has determined a technically acceptable submission. The award will be made to the vendor whose quote is the lowest evaluated price among technically acceptable quotes. 5.
