THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall provide an articulated boom type underbridge inspection vehicle equipped with a communication system such that verbal contact can be maintained between the bucket/platform and main control station. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
