Work includes replacing interior finishes, upgrading electrical fixtures, demolishing and erecting interior partition walls and doors, mechanical and plumbing work, among others. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Concept Design Drawings, and all related AF requirements and other codes and references. Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit on 09 June 2026 at 9:00 AM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Please note that registration is required by 1:00 PM CST on 03 June 2026. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe drop-off link to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact the POC by 1:00 PM CST on 03 June 2026, you will not be able to attend the site visit. Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo ID.
