Solicitation number FA461026Q0015 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the renewal of ESPRIT Software Licenses. Period of Performance: 1 year - 27 May 2026 to 28 May 2027 This acquisition is a set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF 1449 RFQ. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System of Award Management (SAM)(https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
