THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Safety, Security and Asset Management s (OSSAM) Security Services Office (SSO) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to Field Print Inc. 12000 COMMERCE PKWY, STE 100, MOUNT LAUREL, NJ 08054. Under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The requirement is for a comprehensive suite of services and supplies essential for nationwide fingerprinting operations. These services are Nationwide Livescan Fingerprint Collection Network: The Contractor must establish a robust network capable of performing Livescan fingerprint collection across the United States, specifically targeting CDC personnel located in remote areas beyond a 50-mile radius from CDC headquarters in Atlanta or its nine field locations. This requirement is for OSSAM s Occupational Health and Safety Office (OHSO) located in Atlanta, GA. The Contractor will conduct on-site identity proofing of applicants to verify their identities and ensure compliance with security protocols. Fieldprint, Inc., is the only source capable of providing the required fingerprinting services for the CDC/OSSAM/SSO due to several unique capabilities and expertise that are critical to meeting the agency's specific needs. Additionally, Fieldprint, Inc. offers a proprietary Livescan fingerprinting solution that integrates all necessary equipment and hardware for secure electronic capture and transmission of fingerprints. The Contractor shall be fully capable to perform nationwide fingerprint services at commencement of contract and shall provide all management, management support, labor, supplies, equipment, training, documentation, and guidance for fingerprint service providers. Capability statements shall not exceed 2 (8.5 x 11 inch) pages using a font size no smaller than 10-point. All capability statements received by the due date of this notice will be considered by the Government. A request for documentation or additional information or submissions that only ask questions will not be considered as an affirmative response. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or to proceed with a sole source purchase order. Capability statements are due by 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), July 8, 2025.
