Summary

AI-generated · Feb 06, 2026

Remanufacture a PBG Oxygen Regulator Field Tester (P/N 3300223-6004; NSN 4920016966577BO) to like-new condition. Work includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, assembly, testing, preservation, and packaging, with potential responsibilities for supply chain management, forecasting production needs, procuring long-lead parts, and shipping serviceable assets. The unit can be remanufactured from current or alternate parts (e.g., NSN 4920-01-321-1839 or 4920-01-521-3685 with corresponding P/Ns). The effort may support repair or rebuild from multiple sources and will be evaluated for small-business participation to determine whether a small-business set-aside is appropriate.

A Source Approval Request (SAR) package is required for qualification, along with any applicable Qualification Requirements and a Repair Data List. The QR/RDR will govern the data and process; if no government-provided data is available, bidders must independently obtain the necessary technical information. Government data annotations appear on the accompanying RDL, and questions about SARs should be directed to the designated office per the QR/RDR guidance, with posting and updates available on SAM.gov. Interested vendors must select the “Add me to Interested Vendors” option to participate in this market research.
