This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on both SAM Contract Opportunities (https://sam.gov/) and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The Philadelphia Office of the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department intends to procure commercial services for Regulated Medical Waste (RMW) Disposal services in support of the Navy Drug Screening Laboratory in Jacksonville, FL. The solicitation, Request for Quotations (RFQ) N0018925QZ389, is included as an attachment to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Any questions in response to the solicitation are due by 2:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) on 14 July 2025. Quotations should be submitted by 11:30 AM ET on 17 July 2025 via email to the attention of Lauren Hardee (lauren.a.hardee.civ@us.navy.mil) and John Krystopowicz (john.e.krystopowicz.civ@us.navy.mil). This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside.
