All refuse and recycling collected shall be properly disposed of in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Coyote Valley Dam (CVD) and Lake Mendocino form a reservoir near Ukiah, California that serves flood risk management, water supply, recreation, and environmental stewardship missions.
