PRESOLICITATION NOTICE (SYNOPSIS) The Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center , located in/at US Highway 491 North, Shiprock, NM 87420, and their two other medical locations, Four Corners Regional Health Center (US-160 Teec Nos Pos, AZ 86514), and Dizilth-Na-Dith-Hle Health Center (6 Rd 7586, Bloomfield, NM 87412) has an upcoming requirement for a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite internet system to act as a reliable redundant backup internet service for all the Northern Navajo Medical Center locations. The period of performance will be for one base-year and two one-year option periods from date of award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 517410 Satellite Telecommunications with a small business size standard of $44.0 millions of dollars. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00307 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by August 15, 2025 Evaluation factors may include technical capability to meet the government need, professional certifications, past performance, and price. Quotes will be due on or by August 28, 2025. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. In accordance with 52.204-7(b)(1) prospective contractors must have and maintain (in accordance with 52.204-13(c) an active profile in the System for Award Management at beta.SAM.gov in order to submit a quote.
