This procurement is being solicited as 100% small business set aside. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330 Engineering Services, with a size standard of $25,500,000.00. The Hawaii National Guard intends to issue RFP W912J625QA011, 29th Brigade Readiness Center Addition Commissioning Support Services, Bldg 29, Kapolei, Hawaii 96707. As a result of this solicitation, the Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Synopsis: 29th Brigade Readiness Center Addition Commissioning Support Services Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform 29th Brigade Readiness Center Addition Commissioning Support Services, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Submission of quotes will be received via e-mail only to the Contract Specialist, Warren Sabugo at email: warren.m.sabugo.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, SMSgt Cezar de Veas at email at cezar.y.deveas.mil@army.mil . All solicitation and amendments issued will be posted on https://www.sam.gov/. Once posted, all vendor(s) are responsible to monitor the website until the closing date for any issued amendments. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure quotes are received and acknowledged by the Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer, on or before the deadline for submission of quotes as indicated in Block 8 of the SF 1449. The deadline for the submission of questions is no later than three (3) business days after issuance of solicitation.
