Summary

AI-generated · Aug 24, 2025

Rekey and renumber all exterior doors at the facility, providing three master key sets (BRL, NCSL, and Greenhouse) with 40 keys each (120 total). Apply rekeying and numbering to 82 exterior doors; 9 have openers at BRL, 2 at NCSL, and 11 at greenhouse areas. Numbering options include painted or vinyl numbers (engraved plates not specified). Submit a price breakdown by element along with literature showing compliance with the Statement of Work. Award is firm-fixed-price to the lowest price technically acceptable offer, evaluated on both technical acceptability and price; electronic submissions are preferred, and bidders must be SAM-registered with a UEI. Invoices are to be paid electronically, and the supplies will be inspected by the technical representative and accepted at destination. A site visit may be required, and attendance requires notification to join the approved list.

Between notices, clarifications have established three master-key sets (instead of two) and 82 exterior doors (with door-openers counts: 9 BRL, 2 NCSL, 11 greenhouse). The SOW clarifications also specify that doors can be numbered with painted or vinyl numbers. Licensing guidance indicates North Dakota does not issue a state journeyman locksmith license; the on-site foreman must be a licensed locksmith and local. A site-visit requirement was added, with notice procedures for attendance, and questions submitted by bidders may be answered via amendments.
