U.S. Embassy Perimeter Project - Razor Wire Installation The Embassy of the United States of America in Lisbon intends to issue a contract to acquire the services of a specialized firm to install high-tensile, corrosion-resistant razor wire along the designated perimeter of the US Embassy in Lisbon. This project is estimated at between $25,000 and $65,000. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
