Curve 19 is an optional repair by replacement with connection to a UPRR-owned mainline siding. Tracks will be constructed per standards in UFC 4-860-01FA and AREMA Manual for Railway Engineering. In accordance with DFARS 236.204(ii) the estimated magnitude of construction is expected to be between $25,000 000 and $100,000,000. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction). The size standard is $45,000,000. Product Service Code is Z2LB (Repair or Alteration of Highways/roads/streets/bridges/railways).
