The contractor shall provide personnel, equipment, PPE, tools, consumable materials, supervision, training, and any other items and/or services necessary to perform aircraft wash requirements. At the beginning of the contract, the Government will provide various commercial tools as specified in the incidental equipment inventory list that will be provided during contract solicitation. The contractor shall be responsible for replacement or procurement of any non-MDS specific commercial tools that will be utilized in the performance of wash services for the remainder of the contract.
