Services will be conducted in a manner that results in timely, efficient, clean and fully operational parts. The Contractor shall perform services in adherence to the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) will evaluate Contractor performance based on the results required by the Services Summary (SS) and not the frequency or method of performance. It is at the Contractor s discretion to determine the appropriate frequencies to attain the required level of service unless otherwise stated in this PWS. The Contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, and local laws and commercial standards. Please refer to 'Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement' for further detail.
