KEY CAPABILITIES: Demonstrate that contractor is able to work with the Egypt General Intelligence Service (EGIS), in cooperation with the Egyptian Army. Demonstrate that the contractor is physically located in Egypt and have a strong local knowledge and expertise that is familiar with the region s building codes, environmental regulations, and specific challenges, ensuring the project adheres to local laws and regulations.
