We are seeking to understand the capabilities of potential contractors to meet the salient characteristics detailed in this notice. 2.0 Salient Characteristics Interested parties must demonstrate the ability to meet the following mandatory requirements: 2.1 Compliance and Accreditation Must utilize only FDA-approved materials and sources for all products. Must be currently accredited by The Joint Commission. Must ensure all operations and products comply with United States Pharmacopeia (USP) 825 standards for radiopharmaceuticals. 2.2 Support and Delivery Services Must provide "round the clock" (24/7/365) customer support. Must have the proven ability to deliver support and products during weekends, federal holidays, and non-business hours. Must be capable of delivering medications under urgent and STAT (immediate) timelines as requested.
