Through the providing of radiological analyses on environmental and biosurveillance samples to provide results of various compounds in each sample, the data obtained will allow for more analytical capabilities and/or capacity to perform more radiological analyses required including analyses from various worldwide locations and from natural or man-made disaster locations. This will help support the Military Operating Environments and Military Bases to ensure the safety and security of all who work there. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The requirement is a full and open competition. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Questions Due Date: Questions shall be submitted to the primary point-of-contact, Mr. Brandon Roebuck, brandon.m.roebuck.civ@health.mil, and Mrs. Erin Maddox, erin.j.maddox.civ@health.mil, no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 25 August 2025.
