The USPFO-AL is seeking sources that can provide multiband radio systems and operator training services to support the Alabama Army National Guard. This includes, but is not limited to, radios and accessories that meet or exceed the capabilities of the Harris XL?200M and XL?200P, and the ability to provide on-site setup, programming, and training on a schedule determined by the unit. Minimum Technical Requirements: Radio System Requirements: Mobile/base station radio with cabinet enclosure. Outdoor tri-band antenna (136 960 MHz) with N-female connector. External speaker and desk microphone. Capable of transmitting and receiving across VHF, UHF, 700/800 MHz (HF optional). P25 Phase 1 and Phase 2 compliant. AES-256 encryption.
