This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and all attachments are considered part of this solicitation. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. The Veterans Health Administration, Birmingham VA Medical Center, is seeking to procure Court Reporter Transcription Services as described in the attached solicitation (see attachment titled: RFQ 36C24726Q0054 Court Reporter. Interested parties must review this solicitation, including ALL attachments before responding to this notice. Attachment RFQ 36C24726Q0054 Court Reporter includes the requirement description Performance Work Statement (PWS), quantities, place of performance, period of performance, instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all clauses, provisions, and addendum applicable to this solicitation.
