The subscriptions should be from the Massachusetts Medical Society Publisher and will be made available throughout the VA healthcare system. No other third party NEJM subscriptions will be accepted. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate with GRAHAM ADVISORY NETWORK , 5300 ATLANTIC AVE, STE 106L, RALEIGH, NC, USA: to provide a modification to OY three to New England Journal of Medicine. The modification is being conducted by authority of FAR Part 52.212-4 Changes, in addition to FAR Part 43.103(a) as well as 6.302-1.
