This requirement is for eBooks from various Publishers that will be made available throughout the VA healthcare system, the period of performance is September 01, 2025, to August 31, 2026 base year only. The Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) Office of Informatics and Analytics intends to issue a sole source solicitation to EBSCO Industries Inc., 10 Estes ST, Ipswich, Massachusetts 01938-2106. The Library Network Office (LNO) has collected Medical and Health Sciences eBook publishers content for the last eleven years. LNO eBooks include peer-reviewed eBooks in many medical specialties. Those eBooks are authored by renowned scientists, researchers, scholars, and professionals. Its journal content platform allows the user to browse by subject, and to drill down to the eBook and individual title level. The NAICS code for this procurement is 519290 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 1,000 Employees. This notice of intent to is not a request for competitive quotes.
