PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit proposals for Courier Services for the Sterile Processing Service from qualified quoters. The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Northern California Health Care System (NCHCS) requires the Contractor shall provide transportation of contaminated medical instruments and equipment for the reprocessing of specified reusable medical equipment from sites within the VA Northern California Health Care System, and deliver them to the designated Sterile Processing Service locations. The Period of Performance will be for a Base year and four one-year options. The anticipated start date will be on or near April 01, 2026. The Solicitation will be issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-aside.
