R5 Fire Protection, Fire Suppression Systems & Alarms, Emergency Generator, and Backflow/Valve Systems
Description
This is a firm-fixed-price Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services to for managing and maintaining the Region 5 Fire Protection System, Fire Suppression & Alarm Systems and Emergency Generator and Blackflow Valve Systems (FFEB). The Contractor will closely monitor all aspects of the work with Inspections, Testing, and Preventative Maintenance (ITPM), and identify any deficiencies and implement corrective actions in accordance with applicable codes or standards such as but not limited to National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), International Fire Code (IFC), and any current associated guidelines or codes will be followed and implemented as required. The Contractor shall provide effective communications, reporting, and documentation to the Government. This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) and the Small Business Size Standard is $25M. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award. Period of Performance for this requirement is base plus four one year options. Quote Submissions: Quotes are due no later than August 28, 2025, at 3:00 PM Mountain Standard time. Offerors are responsible for verifying receipt of their quotes to this office before offer due date and time. To avoid rejection of an offer, the offeror must make every effort to ensure its electronic submission is virus-free. Quotes, or portions thereof, submitted with the presence of a virus or which are otherwise unreadable will be treated as unreadable pursuant to FAR 15.207(c).
