The purpose of this Sources Sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, 8(a), HUBZone and other Small Businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below. Documentation on technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. This Sources Sought is for the Bath VA Medical Center located at 76 Veterans Avenue, Bath, NY 14810, and the Canandaigua VA Medical Center located at 400 Fort Hill Road, Canandaigua, NY 14424, who have a requirement for Energy Control Procedure (ECP)/Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) Services for one (1) base year and four (4) provisional option years. A site visit will be included in the official solicitation. All parts, labor, fees, and materials shall be included in the purchase order to perform: Identify equipment and equipment energy sources that require ECP/LOTO procedures. Develop ECP/LOTO procedures for each identified component above. Develop and install identification labels for equipment energy sources. Configure Brady Link 360 software and input all procedures into platform. Conduct program and software training for VA employees.
