Access to EPRI technical staff to facilitate the transition from time-based maintenance to data-informed inspections and maintenance. Resources from this association support the development of a machine condition monitoring platform, enabling real-time machine learning and reducing investigative efforts tied to equipment outages. Collaborate with advanced utilities and technical organizations to share valuable lessons and software, alongside other projects, provides methods, alternatives, and cost analysis for informed business decisions. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
