The Peace Corps intends to establish at least one Strat institution in each subregion, expected to range between approximately 1 and 8 Strat institutions per region, depending on competition, institutional capacity, and alignment with recruitment needs. This procurement is open to U.S. higher education institutions that meet at least one (1) of the following eligibility criteria: - United States higher education institutions with at least 10,000 undergraduate students; or - Institutions previously awarded a Strat contract with the Peace Corps.
