NOTICE OF INTENT LNRS Data Services, Inc. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT to award a sole source purchase order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6.103 Other Than Full and Open Competition. The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Headquarters Procurement Services, on behalf of the Energy Information Administration (EIA), intends to issue a sole source award to LNRS Data Services, Inc., at 2727 Allen Parkway, Houston, Texas 77019, for Independent Commodity Intelligence Services (ICIS) data services in support of EIA Programs. The award is anticipated for one year subscription service, and potentially two option years. The subscription will allow access to proprietary supply and demand data on all petrochemicals and petrochemical feedstocks for various applications within the EIA. The potential period of performance for this contract is 05/22/2026 to 05/21/2029. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act, 41 USC 3304, as implemented by FAR 6.103-1 Other than full and open competition, is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements.
