Notice of Intent to Sole Source The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Wyoming State Office, intends to award a sole source contract to the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) for law enforcement dispatch services. The Wyoming Department of Transportation will provide dispatch services that support BLM law enforcement personnel across the State of Wyoming. These services ensure timely communication, coordination, and response capabilities that are essential for public safety and protection of federal lands, resources, and personnel.
