The Erie VA Medical Center, 135 East 38th Street, Erie, PA 16504 is performing market research to determine if there is a sufficient number of qualified (1) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; (2) Veteran Owned Small Business; or (3) Small or emerging small business firms to set aside a single award contract. The Government will use responses to this notice to make to an appropriate acquisition decision. The contractor shall provide on-site lithotripsy support services at the Erie VAMC, including furnishing and transporting all required lithotripsy equipment to the Operating Room; ensuring all equipment meets VA BioMed inspection standards; and providing a qualified radiologic technician for each procedure. The technician shall monitor and operate lithotripsy and associated imaging equipment, assist the attending Urologist and other physicians with patient positioning and equipment operation during procedures, and serve as a technical consultant to ensure safe and effective use of all equipment. The contractor is responsible for maintaining all equipment in proper working order, complying with VA safety and infection-control requirements, and coordinating with VA clinical and administrative staff to support scheduled procedures. The anticipated period of performance is five (5) years, with task orders to be issued as services are required. All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, with information describing their interest, capabilities, geographic location and indicate which small business category for which they qualify to the Contract Specialist Eleanor Robbins at Eleanor.Robbins@va.gov, no later than 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Time), February 5, 2026. The NAICS Code 621999 is applicable to this acquisition, with a Business Size Standard of $21.0 M.
