The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, is seeking information and sources that can provide Teleradiology services in support of the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS) at 1011 Honor Heights Drive Muskogee, OK 74401-1318. Place of Performance: Services shall be provided remotely in support of the EOVAHCS. Type of Contract: If this Sources Sought results in a solicitation, the Government anticipates awarding an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed-price contract. The expected period of performance will consist of a one-year base period followed by six (6) one-year option periods, beginning December 1, 2026, and ending November 30, 2027. Scope of Work: The contractor shall provide Teleradiology services during dayshift hours. Services are expected to support an estimated workload of approximately 25 routine and urgent mixed studies per day. Please review the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a more detailed description of the requirement. Qualifications shall include, but not be limited to: The Contractor shall provide board-certified or board-eligible radiologists who possess the necessary education, training, and clinical competency to perform all required teleradiology services. All radiologists must meet credentialing and privileging requirements in accordance with VHA Directives 1100.20 and 1100.21 prior to performing any work under this contract. The Contractor shall maintain a reliable and secure teleradiology infrastructure that supports the transmission, receipt, and interpretation of imaging studies. This includes ensuring: Secure DICOM and FIPS compliant image transmission. Continuous system functionality, security patching, and data encryption consistent with NIST standards and VA Handbook 6500 requirements.
