In the capabilities statement, all prospective offerors shall provide documentation to evidence that their capability is based on Bluetooth Technology that can provide real-time dosimetry readings and reports to the two (2) respective requiring offices. In addition, all prospective offerors shall provide documentation to provide proof of NVLAP certification to be determined as capable of fulfilling this requirement. In addition, please note that a signed and full completed copy of the FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) compliance letter is required to be considered responsive to this source sought notice if the prospective offeror is a small business.
