The Contractor shall provide accredited Pathology Physician Services off-site for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Southeast Louisiana Veteran Health Care System (hereinafter referred to as VAMC) located at 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana 70119, to perform anatomical autopsy services in accordance with the specifications contained herein to beneficiaries of the VAMC. All physician(s) shall be accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), the National Association of Medical Examiners (NAME) or an equivalent agency. All services provided by the Contractor shall meet or exceed all applicable standards of The Joint Commission (JC).
