Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 requires specialized fungal disease testing services and eight (8) hour STAT testing in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and test list. The Government intends to award a base plus four (4), one year, option years.
