ANS: PWS 2.1.2. will now state the following: Board Certification: All Contractor s Cytotechnologist(s) shall be a graduate of an accredited program, Diploma, Associate degree, or greater. Cytotechnologist must hold an active ASCP certification. All continuing education courses required for maintaining certification must be kept up to date at all times. Documentation verifying current certification shall be provided by the Contractor to the VA COR on an annual basis for each year of contract performance. PWS 2.1.8. States DEA: Contractor shall provide copy of current DEA certificate.
