The intended period of performance is 5 years. Description of Services MGVAMC requires clinic space, equipment, supplies and staff as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Primary Care services for approximately 700 patients in the Lincoln County, MT area. The requirement is a physical location within Lincoln County, MT. Contractor performing services under a resultant contract shall provide a continuum of care from prevention to diagnosis and treatment, and to appropriate referral and follow-up. Contractor s outpatient site of care shall have the necessary professional medical staff, diagnostic testing and treatment capability, and referral arrangements needed to ensure continuity of health care. The contractor shall provide services solely dedicated to Veterans regardless of gender or age. Those patients needing specialty care shall be referred to VA. Alternatively, the contractor may provide clinic space, equipment, supplies and staff, except physicians, which may be provided by MGVAMC.
