The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, fixed price (FP), indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for CBOC services. NMVAHCS requires primary care CBOC services to be provided in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment to Veterans, primarily residing in Las Vegas, NM. Primary care offers both medical and mental health care (physically on site and by telehealth) and may offer support services such as pharmacy, laboratory, and x-ray. The period of performance for this effort will be 12 months. This sole-source contracting action is conducted pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(2).
