This is a Set-Aside Small Business (SB) Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSBs must be listed and certified at SBA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ to receive contract awards. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 16, is soliciting offers for Durable Home Medical Equipment Accessories. The Contractor shall provide Durable Home Medical Equipment Accessories (DME/HME) Services in accordance with the details outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work will be performed for the Alexandria VA HealthCare System, 2495 Shreveport Hwy 71, Pineville, LA, 71360. Offeror shall submit technical questions to the Government in writing via email only and No Later Than Monday 3:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), 11/03/2025. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Post the updated solicitation with the corrected closing date in block 8 that reflects 11/07/2025. 2. Update CLINS 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001 verbiage. 3. Add clauses 52.216-4 and 852.216-75. 4. Post the questions that were asked.

The purpose of this amendment is to: Extend the solicitation date until 11/12/2025 from 11/07/2025. All submissions are due by 11/12/2025 3:00 PM CST.
